Who we are. fairyroute.com is operated by Fairy Route, by Fairy Clean Associates LLC, business address to be added.

Using the site. You may browse the site, the archive of past cards and the directory for personal and business use. Don’t copy the site in bulk, scrape it, interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Accounts. If you create an account, keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under it. Tell us right away if you think it has been misused.

Uploads. Anything you upload, such as an ad file, logo or photo, must be yours to share. You keep ownership. You give us the rights described in the Advertiser Agreement to print and display it.

Advertisers’ offers. Ads, coupons and directory listings come from the businesses themselves. Fairy Route doesn’t endorse them and isn’t responsible for their products, services or offers. Contact the business directly about an offer.

Our content. The Fairy Route name, logos, site design and text belong to Fairy Route or its licensors. Advertisers’ names and logos belong to them.

Links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites.

No warranties. The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available but don’t promise it will be error-free or always online.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Fairy Route isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law. Pennsylvania law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
